Happy Brain

What is Happy Brain? Next generation thinking

Happy Brain started life in 2010 as a creative (Arts Council funded) project to support and inspire teachers and systems that help young people to overcome barriers to learning, success, emotional and mental wellbeing.  It was developed by Kay Cooke. The exciting news is that Kay will be delivering more training in the North East during this year.  When you want to find out more about this helpful work, click here.  Look forward to seeing you there!  Kay is now running Happy Brain on-line so not only can you access it from the comfort of your own home, you can get the support you need during these topsy turvey times.

Tools for your child’s emotional resilience and mental well-being

Happy Brain Coach
It’s a simple model that uses play, creativity and NLP. The model helps you imagine the inner workings of the brain as a gateway to mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Teaching the principles of Simplicity, Resilience and Clarity to children or those working with them help create a next generation making excellent decisions and effectively managing their feelings.

We also offer one-to-one coaching and therapies for children, teenagers and families, helping with things like anxiety, school pressures, challenging behaviours, bullying, self-esteem, and trauma!

  • Do you want to raise their confidence and self-esteem or help your own?
  • What would it be like to improve your problem solving, be calmer and be happier or help your child do the same?
